User Agreement

Your use of Display Barn’s web site constitutes as your agreement to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions is bound by your accessing any pages under Display Barn’s web domain.

Display Barn reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at anytime, with or without formal notice. By accessing any page under the Display Barn web domain after any updates to the Terms and Conditions, you agree at that time to be bound to the updated Terms and Conditions. Your access to the Display Barn web site, completely or partially, may be terminated or suspended for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.

Site Usage Restrictions

By using the Display Barn web site, you are considered to be our customer: as our customer, you agree to the following:

  1. You have read, understood and agree to abide by the Display Barn Terms of Use.
  2. You will not use the Display Barn web site to make false or fraudulent requests or purchases.
  3. You will not use any form of automation to access the Display Barn web site and make purchases or requests.
  4. You are of legal age to be held responsible and liable for any obligations that may occur as a result of using the Display Barn web site; further, you are of legal age to create such a binding legal obligation.
  5. You will keep your account information current and accurate.
  6. You understand that fraudulent users will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Display Barn or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Liability Limitations

Display Barn, its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, affiliates and/or subcontractors are not liable for any accident, injury, death, loss, claim, delay, damage or act of God, whether it is consequential, direct, indirect, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or special, as a result of any customer s use of the Display Barn web site. This limitation in liability includes, and is not limited to, damages to or loss of data, profits, or time.

As a Display Barn customer, you agree that if a covered party is found liable for any damage or loss, the liability of said party shall not exceed the cost assessed by Display Barn.


All of the content on this web site, including but not limited to, typefaces, logos, graphics, images, icons, designs, verbiage, online tools, software, partner portals, data compilations, products, and services (collectively, Content ) that are under the Display Barn domain are the intellectual property and copyrighted works of Display Barn. All content is protected by US and International copyright laws and other intellectual property laws; furthermore, Display Barn reserves rights it is afforded by law which may or may not be expressly granted herein.

Copyright Release

By using any service of Display Barn, you agree and acknowledge that you are the legal owner and/or licensee of all Artwork submitted to Display Barn. You also absolve Display Barn of any legal liability related to copyright violation and/or infringement. You assume sole responsibility and liability of ALL forms of Artwork submitted to Display Barn. You will retain ownership of the content uploaded or sent to Display Barn.


You warrant that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. You also agree not to infringe on trademarks, patents, trade secrets, the right of privacy, the right of publicity or other legal right of any third party and will comply with all applicable copyright laws, rules, and regulations. You recognize that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, you agree to indemnify and hold Display Barn harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.

Customer Login ID and Password

Display Barn customers are given unique login and password codes, which permit them to login to a customer account and place orders, upload files, and more. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when setting up and maintaining an account and for keeping the account login and password secure. Further, customers are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under their own account.

As specified in our Privacy Policy, Display Barn keeps all customer e-mail addresses, passwords and billing information strictly confidential. In the event of a suspected breach of security or unauthorized use of a customer s account the customer must notify Display Barn immediately. Customers agree not to use any other customer’s account, at any time, unless expressly granted permission to do so by the account holder; likewise, customers agree not to allow any other customer access to their own account. Display Barn is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of customers using one another s accounts.

Media Storage

When you upload your Artwork to Display Barn, we take every precaution to safeguard it. Even so, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of any stored media.

Display Barn will not share your stored media with any third-party entity, unless that party is directly involved in the production of your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Display Barn product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Display Barn further reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Display Barn shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Processing

Any pricing that may appear on the Display Barn web site is in US Dollars, and is subject to change at any time. Pricing, including quotes, may not include required setup fees, applicable tax, or shipping costs. Upon order confirmation, all charges will be disclosed before a customer is charged for any product or print job.

Display Barn will provide a proof of each print job before production is started. Only upon approval from the customer will Display Barn place an order in production. Upon written approval of a proof, the customer order will be placed in production.

It is our policy not to make any changes to our customer’s files. If a customer recognizes any error in a proof such as spelling errors, incorrect graphics, etc. the customer must make the change and resubmit the Artwork file.

Display Barn is not responsible for errors in customer Artwork; therefore customers are urged to carefully scrutinize proofs when they receive them. We will not honor our satisfaction guarantee for any customer errors, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Typographical errors, such as misspellings, poor grammar, or incorrect punctuation
  2. Graphical errors, such as missing images, misshaped images, missing text and missing fonts
  3. Production errors that are due to incorrect files or information received from the customer, such as wrong cuts due to erroneous crop marks, incorrect folding, and final product size.

As a Display Barn customer, you agree by submitting your Artwork to us that you have the right to use the images and text contained therein. Display Barn reserves the right to refuse any order that may be illegal in nature or may infringe on the rights of any third party. Furthermore, you accept full legal liability for all of the content of items produced by us on your behalf and under your instruction. Display Barn also reserves the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.

Entire Agreement

The Display Barn Terms of Use, as outlined on this page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Display Barn. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, California for any and all disputes that might arise from these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined by law to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Display Barn from any claims and demands, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your use of the Display Barn web site. You further agree that you own the rights to, or have a license that allows you to use any and all images that are used to produce your order.

Manufacturer Warranty

The Pop Up frames, Ready Pop Fabric frames, Silver Step Retractable Banner stands, and Portable Roll Up Banner stands carry a manufacturer’s limited life time warranty against manufacture defect. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.


Display Barn is committed to delivering top-quality trade show products and graphics, not only meeting or exceeding industry standards, but also meeting or exceeding yours.

Therefore, we make this guarantee to you: If we produce a product that has defects in workmanship or materials, or if we fail to follow any written instructions received from you, our valued customer, we will reprint the graphics job or issue a refund, upon receipt of returned defective/faulty merchandise.

Please note, this guarantee does not apply to errors in customer-supplied digital files, including, but not limited to, poor quality or low resolution graphics, improper color model, missing fonts, defective file formats, incorrect copy (text), or corrections that were not noted upon final proof approval. It is also important for you to know that although Display Barn always strives to assure top-notch, aesthetically pleasing color standards, it is not possible for us - or any printing company - to guarantee that the printed results will match the colors represented on your computer screen or by your office printer.

At Display Barn we stand by our turnaround time promises. If we fail to meet our quoted turnaround time, we will refund any rush charges paid by the customer or apply a discount toward a future order.


  1. How We Ship
  2. Display Barn uses third-party service providers to deliver or ship customer orders. These providers include, but are not limited to: the United States Post Office, United Parcel Service, and FedEx.
  3. Liability for Damages
  4. Display Barn is not liable for any damages, delays, losses or other problems arising as a result of the delivery service provider, invalid shipping information provided by the customer, or acts of nature.
  5. Shipment Tracking
  6. Display Barn will provide appropriate tracking information via e-mail for all orders shipped using a third-party delivery service provider. You can also view your shipment tracking information by clicking on the “Account” link located at the top right hand side of the Display Barn website.
  7. Shipping Addresses
  8. Display Barn requires a full postal address to which we can deliver your orders. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/AFO.
  9. Pickup Orders
  10. Display Barn will notify customers via telephone or e-mail when an order I ready for pickup. All pickup orders are held for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the time the customer was notified. All prepaid orders that are not picked up within the first thirty (30) days will be shipped to the customer via UPS Ground, at which time the customer will be billed for the applicable shipping charges. Unpaid orders may or may not be shipped at thirty (30) days, at management’s discretion. Please note, not picking up an order that you authorize and knowingly place into production does not absolve you from financial obligation to Display Barn for the product produced.

Return Procedure

If you need to return merchandise, please follow these instructions: 1. Call us first to discuss the item or order. Please call within 72 hours of receiving the item. If it is revealed that our workmanship or materials we used are the cause for problem, we will issue you a written authorization for a reprint or return. 2. Ship the original product back. Please package the item and related parts (if any) carefully so they are not further damaged in transit, and send them back to us using UPS Ground or a similar service. 3. For graphics orders, look for a revised proof. Before redoing your print job, we will send you a new proof. Please scrutinize it very carefully! Once we receive your approval of the proof we will redo your print job as quickly as possible. 4. Receive new product or credit issued, as determined in Step 1. We will ship your reprinted product to you at our expense.

Resale Identification

Prior to accepting orders on Display Barn, we require all customers to submit one of the following documents, which identifies your business as a reseller in the sign, graphics, or advertising industries.

  1. Please fax the appropriate resale identification to (714)-903-2503.
  2. Create new account online at Display Barn.
  3. Place order online.
